Due to an expanding customer base, they are now looking for 1st Line Support Analyst to join their Service Delivery team close to Milton Keynes but home based for the next few months.
This role will suit an individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain first-rate internal and external relationships while delivering a consistent high standard of service.
ROLE: 1st Line Application Support Analyst
SALARY: £20,000 – £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

LOCATION: Cranfield, near Milton Keynes (home based for the next few months
Responsibilities of the 1st Line Support Analyst:
*Proactively use an in-house monitoring system to flag any preventable occurrences from happening
*Investigate platform outages, data gaps and page errors
*Place development tickets into a backlog
*Re-process data using the internal system
*Maintain and modify the knowledge base document
*Escalate tickets to 2nd Line Support when unable to rectify errors
*Chase escalated tickets in order to keep customers updated
The successful 1st Support Analyst will be able to demonstrate the following:
*Great customer service skills
*The ability to follow procedures
*Ideally around a years experience
