You will get to provide 1st and 2nd level support both over the phone and on email, following ITIL processes, assigning calls to the correct people and talking to customers on a direct basis to keep them updated as to the status of issues. You will be working to SLAs to ensure customers' needs are met at all times, so you will need to have excellent communication skills, be used to working to tight timescales, with excellent attention to detail and a real focus on good customer service.
Requirements:
* Hands on experience with application support ideal but not essential
* Confidence to liaise with clients in professional manner
* Excellent telephone manner
* SQL Databases experience (desireable)
* Knowledge of ITIL (desireable)
