IT Support Analyst / 1st / 2nd Line Application Support

One of the UKs leading Software Company's is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join a busy and growing team, providing support to thousands of users across multiple locations. Progression offered for ambitious candidates that want to carve out a career in IT.

Location: Milton Keynes

£18,000 – £25,000 + ability to work remotely + training and Microsoft Training Certifications offered to employees & and incredible bonus scheme!

The Role

Working from their International Head Quarters in Milton Keynes you will join a team of 12 IT specialists who currently deal with all IT Support calls and change requests / installs for the entire customer base. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's internal and external applications, all of which use a variety of different technologies and platforms. You will endeavor to help the company achieve and maintain the highest standards of customer service possible, thinking outside the box when solving problems in order to solve business critical issues. What's really special is that you'll be given generous time on each ticket to delve to the heart of the problem, allowing you to grow and develop your 2nd line skill set.
