THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited is exclusively recruiting for a 1st/2nd Line Technician role for one of our clients in the Managed Services sector that provide external support to their customers across the UK.

Within this position you will be part of a dedicated team of IT engineers, playing an integral part in the organisation providing outstanding technical support to customers ensuring infrastructure is operating at optimum level. You will be given the opportunity to develop and grow within this company that has seen huge growth over the past year and looking to further expand in to 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supporting multiple small and medium sized businesses with urgent technical issues
Talk staff through a series of actions via phone, email and through ticketing systems
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
Respond to queries from customers and help them resolve hardware and software issues
Installation of business applications and upgrades
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Office 365
Windows OS
Active Directory
Windows Server up to 2019
Virtual Servers (VMWare/Hyper-V)
Networking knowledge
Apple Mac (advantageous)
Exceptional levels of Customer Service
Full UK Driving Licence
