Newstaff employment services are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual for a hotel Team leader position for our client in Milton Keynes! This position is full time and due to the fact this role is in the hospitality industry we are looking for a candidate who is flexible to work weekends as well as weekdays.

Hours: For this position the shifts work on a rota basis of two shift times: 7 am- 3pm and 3pm- 11pm. As the hospitality industry is very changeable, we are looking for a flexible candidate that when needed would be willing to cover a full range of different shifts.

Experience in a customer service environment
Responsibility for making sure Team Members are in the right place at the right time will be yours, so you'll need to be a natural born leader.

Outstanding customer service skills in order to greet guests with a warm welcome and attend to any enquiries they may have
Good work ethic
Excellent communication skills are essential in this role in order to motivate and organise your team
Positive attitude
Friendly and helpful
Can work off own initiative
