Now Hiring – Team Leader @ Leon Beaconsfield Motorway Service Area

Annual salary up to £23,000

We are currently recruiting a Team Leader to join our great team. We are looking for someone who always sees the positives, who is proactive and energetic, and is as passionate as we are about good and healthy food. Part-time/full time position available. shifts will vary between 7am-11pm.

As a Team Leader your main responsibilities will include:

-Be responsible of the smooth running of the shift and coordinating duties

-Train, support and lead new members of the LEON family

-Ensure all health & food safety practices are followed

– Lead by example by sharing the LEON values making sure that every customer enjoys a fantastic experience with us

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of being a Team Leader or Supervisor within a similar environment. If you have a strong food & beverage or fast food background and you are ready to reach the next step in your career we would also love to hear from you!
