What's involved?
A successful Sous Chef will work alongside an incredibly talented Head Chef, running the kitchen, designing menus, and helping to achieve 3 AA Rosettes.

Chefs with backgrounds of 3 AA Rosette or Michelin would be appreciated however 2 AA Rosette experience will also be welcomed.
