£33,000 – £35,000

My client is expanding the Restaurant count in the group and are looking for a successfully proven General Manager to head up the daily operations of this fantastic unit in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will need to be able to effectively manage their time in accordance with all responsibilities, ability to develop their team, have a strong understanding of working off a profitable P&L and ideally experience within opening new stores.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Leading and managing all aspects of your team
Having complete accountability for the results of the restaurant and will be focused on growing the business for the future
Engaging your team with clear and achievable goals
Being maniacal about building a strong culture in restaurant
Having a focus on people, encouraging them to reach their full potential and develop a career with the company
