Paterson Recruitment are recruiting Reservations Agents for our client within the hospitality industry.

This will be an on going temporary position for three months initially.

The Role:

Answering phone calls.

Taking bookings and looking to upsell Guests where possible.

Must have a pleasant approachable manner and be able to build rapport.

Must be comfortable taking telephone booking enquires

This position will be working full time with weekend working on a rota and some evenings (latest up until 8pm)

Typical shifts look like the below:

9am – 6pm

10am – 7pm

11am – 8pm
