Hotel Receptionist – Buckingham – 4 Star Hotel

Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a popular 4 Star hotel, situated in Buckingham and have a great opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join their front office team.

Salary £19,760 per annum

What's involved?

As Hotel Receptionist you will be the first point of contact in welcoming the guests to the Hotel.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Checking guests in and out of the hotel
Maximising sales opportunities where possible
Answering the switchboard and dealing with all incoming calls in the correct manner, both internally and externally.
Liaising with all departments as and when required to ensure efficiency throughout on the desk.Ideally our Hotel Receptionist will have previous experience within the hospitality industry and Opera PMS but if you are confident, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering exceptionally high standards of service to the guests, this will be a great opportunity for you!
