Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for an Operations Manager for a 4-star international branded hotel in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the hotel, supporting the GM in managing all aspects of Hotel Management. You will be direct report for all HOD’s and will drive smooth, consistent and efficient delivery of all hotel services along with the delivery of excellent customer service experience to all guests.
You will conduct training and appraisals, monitor performance, report to the GM, ensure staff and departments have the necessary tools and resources required to carry out tasks and duties, ensure proper EHO standards are met and deputise in GM’s absence.
The successful Operations Manager will have previous experience as Operations Manager in similar busy hotel operations, will have a good eye for detail, an understanding of systems and, importantly, will understand how to deliver on point and with a smile.
Salary is £27,000 to £30,000
