Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Milton Keynes

Contract

Full time – Monday to Friday

Up to £12.00 per hour

Our client is a large facilities management company currently working on a high-profile contract. They are looking to appoint a cleaning supervisor to look after a team of cleaners on a number of various sites within the Milton Keynes area.

The successful mobile cleaning supervisor will need to complete the following;

This is a working supervisory role and you will be expected to assist the team with the cleaning duties as and when required.
Some works around the times for the cleaning team to monitor staff may be required.
A good working knowledge of cleaning practices, full BICS knowledge required.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as commitment to adopt the client's visions and values.
Organise rotas
Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget
Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained
Conduct team briefings to cascade information to staff

To succeed in this role you will need:

Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Full driving licence
