I am working with a leading food manufacturer supporting in their search for a HR Manager in the Milton Keynes area. They are looking for a skilled & adaptable HR professional who has proven track record of people & process management.

Day-to-day tasks:

– Responsible for the full employee cycle

– Develop, monitor & implement HR strategies

– Manage the recruitment, on boarding & induction process

– Maintain positive employee relations

The candidate:

– Experience in HR at a senior/management level

– Knowledge of HR systems, processes & best practices (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
