Due to growth and expansion, our well respected client has permanent vacancies for Housekeepers to join their existing team. With customer service at the heart of the business, you will need to be positive, enthusiastic with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
The role provides flexibility in terms of available hours, working between 8.30am and 3.30pm, mainly Monday to Friday, with weekend work available. As it is a zero hours contract, there is further flexibility to suit individual requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
• Ensure an exceptional customer service is provided at all times
• Comply with Health and Safety Policy at all times
• Clean and service bedroom accommodation to the expected standards, following correct procedures
• Clean public areas including stairs and corridors to the expected standards, following correct procedures
• Fully stock and tidy housekeeping trolleys and cupboards at the end of each shift
• Remove from use and report any faulty equipment following the correct reporting procedures
• Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a member of the management team
Uniform (excluding footwear) and in-house training are provided
