Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Sales Manager for a 4-star 130-bed international branded hotel in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

The Hotel Sales Manager will lead our passionate Sales and Marketing team in maximizing revenue development via a structured sales approach, as well as secure new Corporate, Agency, and Group business, and manage our existing Corporate, Agency, and Group accounts.

About you

* You will have previous experience as Hotel Sales Manager

* A good understanding of the local Milton Keynes market

* Proven organizational skills, work well on your own, but able to report to multiple stakeholders

* Able to set and meet deadlines with quality results

* Positive attitude and good communication skills and excellent Sales and Negotiation skills

* Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

* Proficient in IT applications including Opera Sales & Catering, Lanyon, ANAIS, and Microsoft office.

* Good command of the English Language both verbally and written.

The salary is £30,000 plus excellent benefits package including access to discounted hotel stays and F&B rates across the worldwide portfolio. You will also receive up to two bonus breaks a year to include a two-night stay for two people including bed and breakfast in the UK.
