Newstaff employment services are looking for a enthusiastic and reliable individual for a permanent hotel receptionist position for our client in Milton Keynes This role will be a temp to perm position with a view of going permanent after 12 weeks.
For this position training will be provided to the right applicant
The shift we are recruiting for is a 14:00-22:15 however on occasion there will be morning shifts so we are looking for a candidate that is able to be flexible.
Due to the fact this role is based in the hospitality industry weekends will be involved
Duties include:
You will be the first point of call so all guests must be greeted with a positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
offering to the guest the benefits of the hotel
Checking guests in and out of the hotel in a friendly and professional manor
Managing outbound and inbound calls and routing them accordingly
Processing all types of payments for room reservations and guiding guests with dining options, and completion of guest registration forms.
Processing room reservations through our computerised online booking system, by telephone, emails, and walk ins.
Communicating and liaising with Housekeeping, Night Security, Contractors, and Management to ensure the smooth operations of the hotel.
Carrying out all aspects of administration with attention to detail with good organisation skills.
