You will be passionate about working with fresh food, motivated by coaching and developing your team with a firm grasp on your kitchen financials. This would be a great role for an established Head Chef looking to gain a better work life balance or an experienced Sous Chef looking for their next step in their career.

You will be working within brand guidelines to create great quality food within food costs and budgets. Passion, creation and innovation are key to this role ensuring you meet customers needs. You will manage a kitchen team and be responsible for all health and safety and hygiene regulations, training and developing staff and in control of all health and safety aspects of the kitchen.

Head Chef duties;

Ensure that all employees are working in accordance to the high standards set through out the company and the site
Providing coaching and training where needed
Maintaining a quality service driven environment at all times
Overseeing the effective completion of all health and safety regulations including HACCP, COSHH and all other due diligence
Ensure that the kitchen is adhering to the highest cleanliness standards
Assisting the management team, in working toward financial targets
The ideal Head Chef will have;

Experience of working in a branded environment
A proven track record of working towards financial targets
Strong people skills, able to work with a wide variety of people
Great leadership skills
