The qualified candidate will execute the DevOps mindset across the entire organization and will establish the infrastructure, process, training, and measures that ensure repeatable service deployment into production.
 
Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, using code, configuration, build, deploy, and monitoring tools
Integrate automated testing and feedback into pipelines (unit, component, end-to-end, performance, etc.)
Define and setup application quality/health monitoring tools
Setup and maintain software configuration systems and repos
Develop and document processes for delivering application services from build to production to include elements of the technical approach, business process, stakeholder approval, and governance for audit.
Establish standard for tools related to building, deploying, and monitoring software systems and documenting best practices
Train and educate operations, engineers, product managers and other stakeholders on CI/CD practices and DevOps culture.
Produce automation templates and documentation that can be adopted by other teams.
Review solutions and ensure they conform to best practices  
Requirements

3+ years’ experience in developing and supporting automation and CI/CD pipelines, with an emphasis on infrastructure as code
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work with a range of teams and skill sets
Proven history of successful project delivery and experience leading the design and build of successful CI/CD pipelines and automation
Experience with build tools for CI/CD and quality assurance (e.g., Git, Jenkins/Jenkins Pipeline, Cucumber, SonarQube)
Experience with configuration as code and automation tools (e.g., Run Deck, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform)
Monitoring and visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
Good programming/scripting experience in Python, Bash, Perl, or PowerShell
Strong Linux system administration
Strong cloud infrastructure experience with Azure, AWS, or OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
Well versed in Agile methodologies  
Desired Skills

Experience in supporting tools for app/process monitoring, logging, etc. (e.g., New Relic, Elastic, Graylog, Splunk)
Knowledge and Experience in Networking Concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, SDN, etc.)
Knowledge and Experience in ITIL and Lean/SixSigma
