We are looking for a Welder Fabricator Supervisor on behalf of our client, based in the Maidenhead area. Producing parts from sheet metal for the communications and electronics industries, they offer a full service with initial design of a product, right through to delivery.

Requirements/duties for the Welder Fabricator:

-Leading a night shift team of 8-10 people

-Working to schedules already in place

-Working towards targets

-Overseeing production

-Reporting any issues

-An understanding of MIG welding desirable (but not essential)

-Supervisory experience

Night shift role (days to start with):

Monday to Thursday: 6:00PM-6:00AM (no Fridays)

4 days on, 3 days off
