Warehouse Team Leader

Are you an experienced Warehouse Team/Floor Leader looking for a new and exciting position? If so, then this is the job for you! We require an excellent Floor Leader to work for a leading Manufacturing company.

Job Responsibilites:

To ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times and team compliance with all company safety procedure and legislation.
Meet, exceeds and set where relevant KPIs for safety, quality, and productivity.
To lead, manage, coach and develop teams to achieve productivity and performance targets ensuring consistent quality standards are met.
The Shift Pattern:

The 12 Hour Shift Pattern works in the following 5:2 format:

1st Week (Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun)
2nd Week (Wed, Thurs)Of which it will be 1 x set of 2 weeks on days (6-6) and the other set on nights (6-6). Working out to 14 days of work a month.

The Requirements:

Experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor, managing and coaching team members.
Proven experience of working towards KPI's and deadlines within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ability to set targets and manage performance to achieve these results
Experience of working with and operating industrial machinery
