Are you a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader looking to work with a thriving company with a global client base where you will get to manage a team, drive high standards and be instrumental in the continued growth of the company?

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your management skills whilst running your shift, managing customer returns, reporting on KPI's and solving problems in the warehouse.

This company is large multinational FMCG plastics manufacturer with excellent reputation in their industry.

This is the opportunity to develop your management skills and requires a strong character to lead the shift, work in a fast-paced environment and liaise with the logistics department to ensure products are shipped out on time and within budgets.

THE ROLE

* Managing a small team of warehouse staff
* Busy, fast paced warehouse environment
* 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights)

THE PERSON

* Experienced Supervisor
* Managing team KPI's
* Experience in a warehouse environment (Stock/returns/hygiene and quality)
* Happy to work 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights)
