A leading Highways Maintenance company is looking to recruit a Traffic Management Supervisor in the Milton Keynes area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Traffic Management across numerous sites.

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supervising the operational teams (employees or SCP's) in line with budget, working constraints and specification on all relevant contract works.
Traffic Management supervision
Ensuring all works are Sector Scheme 12 compliant.
Monitoring the skills and experience of operatives within the division and work with line manager to plan training and development
Participating in all meetings whether management or client designated
Actively fostering a positive staff morale
Developing and promoting partnering and collaborative working with clients
Working in-line with European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM) Model"
Leadership – encourage all staff to use the suggestion scheme
Attending and positively participating in Monthly Cascade Meetings
Willingly carrying out any reasonable task as requested by a member of the management team
Promoting a safe environment for all operations

The successful Supervisor will have:

Lantra 12 A, B and D
HGV C + E is preferable
CSCS
SMSTS
NRSWA
IT skills
Experience within industry and track record of traffic management installation/supervision experience necessary​
