A highly regarded, specialist manufacturer of bespoke injection mould tools to the medical sector are looking for an experience, skilled Injection Mould Toolmaker due to continued growth and expansion of orders and customer base.

Environment:

* Small, friendly group of staff – 12 on shop floor

* Hands on owner working on the shop floor

* Opportunity to grow and develop within the company and into different areas with training available

Duties:

* Injection Mould Toolmaking

* Manufacturing bespoke Injection Mould Tooling

* CNC & Manual Milling

* Operating various Grinding machines

* EDM – Spark or Wire Erosion (both would be ideal but Spark primarily)

Skills & Attributes:

* CNC Milling (programming setting an operating)

* Operating Manual Mills and Grinders

* Spark eroding (Wire eroding experience would be an advantage but not essential)

* Experience of manufacturing injection mould tools and be able to self-inspect / measure their own work

Hours:

* 40hrs per week

* 8am to 5pm (can be flexible)

* Lots of overtime available – 10hrs+ per week paid at x1.5hrs (the ideal candidates will be keen and willing to work additional hours)
