Late shift 13.30 – 22.00 Monday to Thursday, 13.30 – 19.30 Fridays**

Due to continued growth, my well-established Engineering client based in High Wycombe is currently looking to recruit a TIG Welder on a full-time permanent basis.

Candidates must be experienced with TIG welding, predominantly with Stainless Steel but any experience of more exotic materials such as Duplex, Inconel etc would be a distinct advantage. Ideally, candidates will be 6g qualified / coded, ideally able to work to ASME IX standards (or be willing to be put through this). Candidates from an aerospace background would definitely appeal to my client also.

You must be capable of reading engineers drawings and be happy working to strict standards.

The salary is negotiable and much depends on candidate skills and experience but typically starting between £19.00 – £20.00 per hour with scope for progression and salary increases once up to speed on specific company products. In addition, overtime is readily available once fully up to speed (paid at time and a half basic rate).

Hours of work are 13.30 – 22.00 Monday to Thursday and 13.30 – 19.30 on Fridays covering a total of 40 hours per week.
