I am currently recruiting for a Parking Ticket Machine Field Service Engineer based in the Bedford/Milton Keynes/Luton area to work for a leading manufacturer of pay and display, pay on foot ticket vending machines to undertake on-site preventative maintenance and repairs on customer's sites.
If you have previously worked as an ATM, vending, gaming or EPoS engineer with IT skills this role would be very well suited.

The Role:

Repairs and preventative maintenance of ticket machines, ANPR systems and entry barriers for the car parking industry.
Majority of work is outside unless there is a payment machine inside
Full training will be provided
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:00)
On call 1 in 3 weekends; Saturday – 09.00 to 17.00 and Sunday – 10.00 to 16.00 (paid at a flat rate of £45 per day + overtime if called out)
The Successful Applicant:

Will have field service engineering experience
Will have experience in an electro-mechanical field service environment. Candidates from vending, coin mechanisms, note readers, epos, gaming, ATM, PC or CCTV backgrounds would be well suited and easily cross trained)
IT experience required
Experience in ticket machines is not essential but desirable
Package:

£24,000 – £26,000 (DOE) + on call package (£1500) + overtime
Company van (available for private use)
24 days holiday + bank holidays
