Are you an experienced Test Engineer with experience in Electronics? Do you have expertise working with windows based computer hardware and software?

Due to an increased demand the company are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join their team. The role will be varied and for the right candidate could lead to more senior positions.

Test Engineer Requirements:

Board-level, sub-assembly and finished product electronics testing experience
Candidates should be able to demonstrate that they are proficient in the use of windows software, and be able to install, run and test software installed onto new computers / tablets
Ideally you should have previous experience of installing windows programs onto computers and testing various aspects of the hardware to ensure correct operation
You should be able to follow verbal instructions for testing and assembling pre-production assembliesTest Engineer Responsibilities:

Primarily you will be loading Microsoft Windows onto new laptops and computers, and loading drives ready for testing
Testing PC based systems according to specification
Candidates will be required to fault find
Candidates will be required to use various test equipment to test down to component level
Repair and maintain test equipment
Completion of test documentation for auditing purposes
