TXM Recruit have 2 fantastic opportunities to join our client as a Technical Support Engineer, to be based at their offices in Buckinghamshire/ Cambridgeshire.
The Key Responsibilities include:
– Technical expert providing support over the Phone, E-mail, Live Chat to customers and internal stakeholders for products including Total Stations, Digital Levels, SmartNet, HDS, GIS products, GNSS, Utility Survey, mobile mapping, UAV, Machine Control , BIM and related software
– Carry out testing of existing customer equipment, including troubleshooting hardware and software for faults and data quality control
– Proactively manage new customer queries and outstanding support tickets within the required timeframe to maximise productivity and quality
Key Experience Required:
– A working knowledge of Survey/Construction instruments
– Proven experience in GNSS systems and software
– Experience of working within the UK construction industry (Civils, Road, Infrastructure)
– Have working experience of using survey application, design or mapping software suites
