Technical Support Engineer
Our client is a busy manufacturing company currently hiring Technical Support Engineer for permanent position.
Main roles:
To provide remote technical support to the European Service team and globally for the specified products, with some on-site visits globally as required.
To represent service within new product development, and launch these new products to the field service team via remote and classroom based training.
To prepare support documentation for the field service team to improve efficiency and develop new support channels.

· Ability to travel at short notice.
Qualifications
HNC/HND or equivalent qualification and/or 5 years' experience in a technical subject.
Key Experiences
Technical Support Engineering experience is essential
Good communication is essential, giving feedback and updates quickly.
Perform other related duties as may from time to time be specified and agreed.
Working conditions
A variety of office and factory environments with limited physical discomfort due to temperature, noise, dust etc.
Permanent role
Salary: £35,000/yr
