The Role

A global manufacturer and industry leader in HVAC seeks a Technical Product Manager to manage product applications with both internal and external stakeholders on major UK air conditioning projects. You will be leading the way in UK product strategy for the companies comfort cooling technologies, with the opportunity to utilise the direct global research and development investment of a billion £ company and your responsibility will be to ensure that they continue to lead the market with their product offering and retain their competitive advantage.

Experience Required

Due to the nature of the role you must have either HVACR product management, product marketing, technical sales or applications experience, ideally air conditioning but any HVAC product experience will be considered, even refrigeration. Team and company fit is paramount due to your interaction with both key internal and external stakeholders so you must have excellent rapport building skills and an outgoing, positive and friendly attitude.

The Package

Initial indications by the client are a package of between £50,000 and £60,000 with a potential of up to £10k bonus although there may be some further flexibility depending on your experience and suitability for the position. This substantial package also includes a company car or car allowance, up to 27 days holiday (+ bank holidays) health care, dental insurance, pension scheme, gym and sports / social club scheme.
