Technical Lead

6+ Month Contract – to start immediately

£388/day Ltd – £450/day Umbrella (IN SCOPE OF IR35)

Based Remotely, however you will need to commute to either Manchester or Milton Keynes at least one day per week.

Our client is a well established leading global asset design & consultancy firm working in partnership with clients to deliver exceptional results and provide an exceptional service to their customers.

Our client is looking for a strong Technical Lead with a background in technical delivery and support and experience of security.

You will need:

Essential:

Specific experience with:

* PowerShell.

* ARM Templates,

* Blueprints,

* Security Centre,

* Policy Definitions,

* Initiatives,

* Assignments,

* Compliance,

* Networking (vNets, Subnets, NSG’s, ASG’s, Firewalls),

* Windows Server OS,

* Linux Server OS,

* AD Connect

And….

* Extensive experience in an expert-level role supporting and delivering solutions in the supported technology

* Strong professional knowledge of Cloud based technologies specifically Azure and or

* AWS with regards to design and configuration.

* Hands on technical capabilities

* Industry recognised high level qualification in the supported technology

* Experience in design, development and support of bespoke solutions in the supported technology

* Demonstrable expertise in and knowledge of current, future and existing developments in the field of the supported technology

* Azure certified – ideal or equivalent demonstrable experience.

Desirable:

* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the supported technology deployments within Network Rail

* Recognised industry contributor to the development of the supported technology domain best practice

* Thorough understanding of consultancy approaches, tools and techniques

* Experience of working as an expert authority in the supported technology domain within a large organisation

The Role:

Provide authoritative expertise to enable advanced support, provide strategic guidance and create and apply technical standards for one of the companies key strategic IT technology domains.
