Astute Technical Recruitment are working on behalf of our client who are one of the UK's leaders in the Environmental, Waste and Energy Recovery sectors. Their Energy from Waste site in Buckinghamshire region can process up to 300,000 tonnes of waste per year.
With five plants in Operation and a sixth under construction, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Company as they expand their Energy Recovery Operations in the United Kingdom.
We are looking for a Technical Administrator to provide administrative support to the site supporting the Maintenance & Operations team.
Role & Responsibilities
Your duties as Technical Administrator will include:
Producing work pack documentation.
Uploading documents such as risk assessments & method statements.
Maintenance of the RAMS database.
Management of contractor documentation including timesheets.
Collection and updating of mobile plant service reports (and similar).
Other similar duties such as reporting, meeting notes, documentation preparation etc.
Working within the Company Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
We are looking for someone with the following:
Experience working in a similar role from a Process Engineering industry such as Manufacturing, Power Station, Refinery etc.
Ideally experienced in a Computerised Maintenance Management Systems such as MS Dynamix, MS Project, SAP, Maximo etc.
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft office suite.
