Sustainability Engineer

Excellent opportunity for a Sustainability Engineer to join a rapidly growing and exciting company with progression and influence in the business.
This company are a multi-disciplinary building services consultancy focused mainly within the UK industrial sector. They are expanding into residential, commercial and leisure sectors and would like a Sustainability Engineer to join the success and continue to achieve excellent and outstanding BREEAM ratings within their projects.
This role will involve technical aspects such as Part L compliance analysis modelling using EDSL Tas DSM software (commercial & domestic), renewable energy technology feasibility studies, producing planning reports and presentations, thermal comfort & overheating modelling (BREEAM, TM52, TM59, Guide A) and heating & cooling load calculations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Dynamic Thermal Modelling software (EDSL Tas or IES) and BREEAM assessments. Ideally you will hold a degree in a relevant subject and have a strong willingness to learn a variety of sustainability assessment methods.
The role:
*Part L compliance analysis modelling using EDSL Tas DSM software (commercial & domestic)

The Person:
*Experience in Dynamic Thermal Modelling software (EDSL Tas or IES)
*Degree in a relevant subject (ideally)
*Sustainability and BREEAM experience
*Willingness to learn a variety of different sustainability assessment methods e.g. BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Fitwel etc, and/or modelling software such as IES, TAS, Revit etc
