Our client, a main contractor working on a major infrastructure project in Buckinghamshire, is currently seeking a Sub Agent to join the team on a long-term contract.

This individual shall be leading the construction of multiple shafts, liaising with the subcontractor, ensuring we are following the job specification and quality is upheld.

Previous experience working on diaphragm walls, shafts, and heavy civils is essential.

You will be managing a team that will report directly into you and supporting them as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop junior members of the team

Communicate and provide information to assist with the construction of works

Ensuring a safe working practice

Manage subcontractors

Experience​

Experience working with earthworks / diaphragm walls / shafts or heavy civils 

Hold a valid CSCS card.

BSc or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HNC/HND or the equivalent.
