Randstad CPE are currently recruiting for a Sub Agent to work on a major joint venture in the Buckinghamshire area! The project will be ongoing for a number of years with the scope for successful candidates to further grow their skillset and progress. The role will involve overseeing a number of packages, including earthworks, heavy civils, structural packages and bridges.

The role will also inclde liaising with the clients and local stakeholders, processing paperworks, management of subcontractors as welll as self delivering some minor packages. The position will offer a competitive salary and package, and will also offer lodge/subsistence for the right candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Managing the sub-contractors
 Procurement / ordering of materials
 Quality Control of the works / Health and Safety
 Production of weekly rolling programmes
 Providing support to site engineers
 Management of site activities
 Progress reporting

Candidate Requirements:
 Civil Engineering Degree
 Previous experience working for a teir 1 contractor on a civils project
 CSCS card
