We have a fantastic opportunity for a Structures Site Team Leader to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy on a long term contract basis in Milton Keynes. The selected Candidate will be working on a high profile smart motorway project, based on site.

The selected candidate will have a variety of roles and responsibilities including:

Leading a small team of Engineers based on site
Reporting to the Design Manager and head office to ensure successful delivery of designs
Verification or modification of designs following site investigation
Responding to TQ's and NCR's
Conducting site inspections
Reviewing contractor designs
Reviewing the work of engineers and technicians in your team
Collating handover documentationEssential skills, experience and attributes:

Chartered Engineer
Degree qualified to masters level in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
Extensive experience in the design of highways bridges and structures
Proven experience in a highways project site role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a client facing role
Good organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
