A prominent earthworks company is seeking a stabilising foreman to join their team in the Buckinghamshire area. 

The purpose of the role is to have a single ‘one stop’ point of local authority for the day to day control of the people, equipment and materials being used in the stabilisation of soils.  On small sites, this will incorporate the direct running of the crew, on larger sites, each team may have a Supervisor in charge that will report to the Foreman.

The Foreman will work with the Project Manager and Construction Manager(s) to set the plans for the work and then execute them.

You will be directly responsible and accountable for the day-to-day performance of the crews under you including responsibility for the required record keeping and health and safety as well as production

Requirements: 

Experience as an earthworks or stabilising supervisor looking after a single team for min 5 years – Essential 

Experience as a plant operator particularly with past mixer driving – Desirable
