Small Works AV Project Manager – This is a new and very exciting for a company that is after an experienced audio visual project manager. You will have at least 5 years experience in the bespoke audio visual residential market and bring a first class service to clients and projects. You will be tasked with managing projects ranging from £50k – £(phone number removed), there will be multiple projects going on so you will have to be extremely organised and have a super eye for detail. The projects will either be new build / retro / refurb projects as well as after sales upgrades to systems that are in the process of being installed. You will be running small team of in house engineers as well sub-contractors, so the key is to motivate and make the project happen on time and on budget. Ideally client facing whether that be the end user or developer, architect or main contractor, basically the ability to liaise at all times in the construction process. Your technically knowledge of av will have to especially cover both Crestron and Lutron as well as other related control systems, IT home networks, home cinema, audio systems and beyond.
