A well known contractor is seeking a Site Engineer  framework in Buckinghamshire. 

Duties:

Monitor and drive SHE performance on site, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Manage Key Alliance partners and subcontractors.

Ensure everyone understands the project objectives, clients needs and are working to them.

Manage direct reports and site teams, reviewing their performance, duties and support their development.

Manage, review and drive resourced Construction Schedule ensuring all the Team is aware of the critical path, each others work and any changes.

Play a key role in driving value engineering on the project.

Manage risks and opportunities by regular input into project risk register, ensuring mitigation and action plans are being worked to, updated and communicated.
