We are looking for an experienced Sign Maker and Fitter to join our clients friendly team in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

The Company
Our client is an ISO 2008 : 2015 accredited and well established premier sign company who respects and listens to the views of their employees to ensure continuous staff development and wellbeing.

They have an excellent reputation as a knowledgeable and customer-focused design and print company with the vast majority of their products designed and produced in-house by a passionate, dedicated team of experienced sign makers.

The Role
As a Sign Maker / Fitter your responsibilities will include:

Operating various sign making equipment

Large format printers
Various saws, cutters & Guillotines
Laser and rotary engraving machines
Lamination and finishing equipment
General sign related equipment
Vinyl plotters
Finishing

Laminating
Trimming various substrates
Packing and despatch
Assembly of various exhibition displays
Application of vinyl’s and Graphics to various substrates
Sign fitting/installation

Fitting of various signs internally and externally.
Awareness of Risk Assessment Method statement (RAMS) and participation
Sign writing and wrapping vehicles
The Person
As a Sign Maker / Fitter you a Driving License and car owner would be desirable and you must have / be:

Practical and dexterous, with a good eye for detail

Ability to work on own initiative and multitask various jobs at the same time
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job
Salary and Rewards
As a Sign Maker / Fitter there is an excellent salary on offer of £27,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience plus you will receive:
