The Commissioning Team Shift Leader works under the management of the Commissioning Manager of the site and his deputy. The Commissioning Shift team leader belongs to the commissioning team.

The shift pattern will be either:

6 days On, 4 days off. 8h/shift probably e.g. 6:00-14:00, 14:00 -22:00, 22:00-6:00.
or, 5 days on duty, 4 days off. 12 hours probably 7:00 until 19:00 and 19:00 to 7:00 or 8:00 until 20:00 and 20:00 till 8:00.The Shift pattern can be reviewed and changed depending on the site priorities.

The Commissioning shift leader will be involved in all aspects of the commissioning shift operation. The plant is under construction and handed over to the commissioning team. The plant will start the hot commissioning at the first fuel to burners, the boil out and refractory drying, first fire with waste to steam blowings…clean up and restart for the steam tests to turbine

Our client prefer candidates with Martin Grate or Martin Gmbh experience.
