Sheet Metal Operative

Aylesbury

£25,000 per annum

Our client based in the Aylesbury area are seeking a Sheet Metal Operative to join their growing team, working on bespoke equipment.

The successful Sheet Metal Operative will have the following key responsibilities:

* Conduct sheet metal and machining operations

* Be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and risk assessment of machinery and working area

* Participate in the quality control processes

* Participate in continuous improvement projects

* Work to a high standard of manufacturing

The Sheet Metal Operative will have the following key skills and experience:

* You must be able to read engineering drawings.

* You must be experienced in manual drilling and tapping

* Experience with CNC Nisshinbo punch operation and programming

* Previous experience using a Pearson manual press brake or similar
