Service Engineer (Mechanical)

£30,000-£35,000 (OTE 40k) + Overtime + On Call Bonus + Training+ Progression + Benefits

Are you an Mechanical Engineer from a HGV Vehicles, Fork Lift Trucks, Plant Machinery or Access Platforms background looking for a growing company, where you will be developed into a product specialist on their own specialist Mini-Cranes.

On offer is an excellent opportunity where you can increase your earnings through overtime and an on call bonus whilst working as an integral part of the team on state of the art machinery.

Established over 20 years ago, this market leading company are renowned for their high quality products and staff investment. They have a presence all over Europe and multiple sites across the UK. Due to the rapid expansion and the progressive nature of the business they are now looking for an additional maintenance engineer to join their maintenance team.

In this role you will maintain, service and repair Mini-Cranes. You will initially be workshop and field based for the first Month. Once fully trained you will be visiting clients 1-2 times per week, diagnosing plant and equipment defects and you will be responsible for maintaining records for health & safety and customer service purposes

This would suit an Engineer with a mechanical background in HGV Vehicles, Fork Lift Trucks, Plant Machinery or Access Platforms or REME experience.

The Role

Maintenance, service and repairs of Mini Cranes
Fault finding and diagnostics on equipment.
Provide support and advice to customers and aftercare teams.
The Person

Mechanical experience.
Able to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
Mechanical background working on HGV's, Fork Lift Trucks, Plant Machinery, Access Platforms could be advantageous
