Service Engineer / Service Technician / Field Service Engineer required to join a leading engineering supplier of compressed air equipment.

The successful Service Engineer / Service Technician / Field Service Engineer will ideally have a mechanical or electrical engineering background. Full product training provided.

Service Engineer / Service Technician / Field Service Engineer Role
To undertake planned and preventative maintenance of Compressed air systems.
Maintain, repair and install air compressors, blowers & vacuum pumps using a range of engineering solutions.
Install, programme, maintain and troubleshoot Compressed Air Control Systems.
Perform emergency breakdown, fault finding and repairs on various pipework/vacuum pumps/ compressed air equipment on customer sites, mainly across Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire regions.
Laisse with various engineering departments.
Full product training provided.

Service Engineer / Service Technician / Field Service Engineer Requirements
The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
Experience as a Service Engineer / Service Technician / Field Service Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer or similar.
Experience within mechanical or electrical fault-finding and/or servicing technical engineering products.
Experience in compressors, nitrogen generators, pipework, blowers, vacuum pumps, compressed air equipment would be advantageous but not essential.
Ability to follow instructions, read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams.
