One of the UK's leading Material Handling companies are now searching for a new Service Engineer to join their team. Having a prestigious reputation, they are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn new products and has a passion working within the industry, patch based in the Milton Keynes area.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a face-paced environment, work well under pressure and be able to work well within a continuously growing team. They must be trained and have their NVQ Level 2/3 in FLT, Plant or qualification relevant to the role. They will be expected to have experience with Gas and Diesel engines, Hydraulics and Electrics.

Job Profile:

To carry out service and repairs to equipment on customers sites in a safe, professional and cost effective manner, maintaining documentation of all works carried out in line with Health and Safety and Quality Procedures.
Working to a planned schedule of service and maintenance jobs at our client's premises.
Carrying out inspections and monitor the safety of the repaired and maintained trucks
Work to strict schedules and deadlines
Take responsibility for all equipment and tooling and ensure that it is in a safe condition for the type of work being undertaken
Candidate will have knowledge within at least one of the following:

Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
HydraulicsIt is essential for the candidate to have to be considered:

NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant area of Engineering
Experience within the MHE/motor industrySalary and Benefits:

Salary between £28k – £30k D.O.E
O/Time paid at time and half
