Field Service Engineer

Milton Keynes

Location – Nationwide and Ireland

£35,000 – £40,000 Basic Salary + Weekend Overtime

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to join a global manufacturer within the robotics industry. Reporting directly to the Service Manager you will be a key member in ensuring the companies clients are provided with the top service experience. You will be involved in all aspects of planned maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventive maintenance schedules on customer sites across the UK & Ireland. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role on the road within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

Responding to service calls on a UK and Ireland basis
Preventative maintenance schedules
Service contract fulfilment
Inspection, calibration, safety checks, filter changes etc
Assisting field service team
Service administration tasks
Safety and Quality activities
Offering advice and technical support to customers
Reporting directly to the Service ManagerSkills and Qualifications

Service Experience
PLC Programming experience advantageous
Robotic experience advantageous
HNC
Fault Finding ability both Electrical and Mechanical
