Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be supporting the development of an independent Town Planning Consultancy with the appointment of a Senior Town Planner for their offices located in Milton Keynes.

Requirements:

You must have achieved an RTPI recognised Town Planning degree
Hold a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in the private OR public sector
Ideally MRTPI qualified
Strong working knowledge and experience of Town planning systemThe role will see you provide planning advice for a range of projects across the UK. You will be responsible for undertaking planning appraisals, negotiation of s106 agreements, providing pre acquisition advice, planning appeals and liaising with external parties.
