My Client is an award-winning contractor with roots stemming back to the 1950's. They have established themselves as a top Principal Contractor who take the highest pride in their projects. They have a proven track record of delivering projects both on time and to client expectations, with expertise spanning across Civils, Rail and Demolition to name a few. With a yearly turnover topping £450 million and a strong pipeline of works over the coming years, it is certainly a good time to be with this company as they are fast establishing themselves as one of the Industry's major players.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to come in and hit the ground running. The role will be working on Rail projects will need someone who is well experienced in Earthworks. The role will be mostly self-delivered works. Successful candidates will be someone who is strong at cost-forecasting and who can really recognise realistically how much it will cost to deliver a scheme to budget. The role is a NEC-3 Contract, so someone who is experienced in working with them is ideal. Additionally, in this role you will be dealing with sub-contractors, so previous experience in that regard is ideal. My Client can offer a work from home split, but the majority will be site based.
