Senior Product Support Engineer – Milton Keynes – £37,500 to £45,000 – Plus pension and benefits

Melbreck Technical is working with a leading designer and manufacturer of special-purpose machinery and equipment.

They have an exciting opening within their business for a Senior Product Support Engineer to join one of their locations in Milton Keynes.

As a Product Support Engineer, you will be providing technical support for existing products in production.

As a Senior engineer this will include leading the team of product support engineers and technicians on a daily basis.

Senior Product Support Engineer – Role Overview

As a senior product support engineer you will be:

Solving engineering problems relating to production line assembly problems, and engineering change requests.

Designing solutions for customer options on existing products and support the Production Engineering and Production departments in implementing solutions.

Managing CAD models in Creo and preparation of Engineering drawings to BS8888

Leading a team of engineers and technicians in daily organisation of their tasks

Supporting customers and the Sales Team with technical support.

Resolving customer problems from customer feedback.

Scheduling and prioritising team activities to meet the business needs.

Senior Product Support Engineer – Requirements

Engineering Degree or Masters in any relevant discipline

Five years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge of machine or equipment design
