A successful and growing Town Planning practice in Milton Keynes is looking to appoint a Senior Planner to work on Residential, Commercial, Education, Retail, Mixed-Use & Leisure projects of various sizes. Join a supportive practice with offices in Milton Keynes and London who will coach you to help you reach your career objectives.
If you are an established Planner looking to step up into a Senior position or an established Senior Planner seeking a new challenge, this is the role for you! The company works with a number of notable clients that include Pret a Manager, Travelodge, Welcome Break, Sainsbury's and Hilton Hotel to name but some!
In this role you will support the company in providing the following services to their clients base;
-General practice town planning advice
-Project management
-Planning appraisals
-Site promotion
-Planning applications
-Listed building consent
-Advertisement consent
-Planning appeals
About you
You will ideally be MRTPI qualified with 5+ years post qualification experience, ideally coming from the private sector. You should be driven, client focused, willing to work as part of a committed team with strong communication skills.
