A Senior IT Support Engineer is required to join a successful MSP. To provide 2nd/3rd line  support to Clients via  telephone, email, remotely and on customer sites. Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.

Role Overview
You will join the companies existing support team and become a key player in providing IT Support to clients across technologies such as Windows Servers 08-19, Windows OS 7-10, Hyper V, Networking, TCP/IP, Office 365, Sharepoint, Cisco, Apple etc.

Skills Required
The Senior IT Support Engineer will ideally have the following experience:

Long term experience in a 2nd / 3rd line role
Strong knowledge of Office365
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft OS 7-10 and Windows Servers / Server Administration 
Networking experience – TCP/IP
Very beneficial if you have experience working in an MSP
Must have a valid license and car
Location
Milton Keynes

Monday – Friday
Flexible working offered

Commutable from:

Northampton, Bedford, Buckingham, Luton, Aylesbury 

Salary / Benefits
Up to £35,000 Depending on experience
